Request for Proposals (RFP) from Nonprofits and Municipalities for the FY2022 CDBG Program
Applications are being accepted for eligible projects in Pike County. Completed applications are due on Friday, August 5th, 2022. The County will provide technical assistance, upon request, to any groups or persons when developing proposals intending to use CDBG funds. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from Construction Firms
Pike County is accepting qualifications from construction firms to be placed on our registry for housing rehabilitation projects. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Qualified contractors will receive up to $500 toward an 8-hour, accredited EPA-approved Lead Renovator Certificate Course (initial or refresher). Payment can be used for training and/or staff time. Contractors that benefit from this incentive agree to respond to bid requests from the county. Offer limited to the first 30 respondents.
