Community Development Block Grant
The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) is authorized under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended to meet three national objectives:
Benefit low- to moderate-income persons;
Eliminate slums and blight; and
Meet urgent needs
Pike County is an entitlement community through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development.

Written responses will be addressed within 15 working days when practicable.
